ABOUT ME
I am an actress with experience in
theatre, film, performance and improvisation, having worked extensively
(Wiener Staatsoper, Burgtheater, Rabenhof, Nesterval, Kampnagel Sommerfestival Hamburg and many more) for many years.
Based on this background, I developed
Happy Presenting:
A workshop that supports people in speaking freely, reducing stage fright and connecting authentically with their audience.
WHAT IS HAPPY PRESENTING?
Stage fright, nervousness or the feeling of having to “function” in front of others are common experiences. HAPPY PRESENTING helps you to be yourself –
present, grounded and confident.
HAPPY PRESENTING is a hands-on workshop for anyone who speaks, presents or performs in front of people and wants to feel more at ease, confident and alive while doing so.
Using methods from acting, improvisation and body-based work, participants strengthen their individual expressive power – without artificial techniques.
